With 53 years of cumulative experience in metal machining and fabrication industries, father/son team Larry and Alex Crimm opened the doors of 21 Machine & Fab in July of 2018. In October of that same year, we moved across town to our new location on Highway 21. Affectionately referred to as Club 21, the building features state-of-the-art Iso Panel construction and houses our 15,000 square foot operation.
In January 2025, Larry took to more of a consulting role and the duo brought Lori Tucker into an ownership position. Her years of corporate experience will guide and grow the company’s reinvestment initiative, strengthen employee and customer relations, and solidify compliance and safety strategies with regard to all applicable regulations.
Our shop encompasses both fabrication and machining equipment, as well as precision cutting plasma technology. We work primarily with stainless steel, aluminum, black iron, and UHMW (plastic) to create both standard and custom solutions for your design challenges.
Our management structure allows for rapid decision making and implementation, which means that your project won’t sit on the floor waiting on time or material approvals. We value our employee family, and we promote their safety above all else. We champion weekly safety meetings, provide the latest in personal protective equipment, and sponsor on-the-job training.
